Selected work
How we designed, built and shipped AI, software, web and cloud work, what the constraints were, and what changed for the client afterwards.
Publishing standard
We are rebuilding this section from the client work itself rather than from marketing copy. Every engagement we want to write about is going back to the client for permission, for a check on the figures, and for approval of the wording. That takes weeks, and until it is done there is nothing on this page.
The alternative was to fill the grid with project names and screenshots and let you assume the rest. A previous version of this website did that. We would rather you judged us on work you can verify, so this page stays empty until the first study clears the standard below.
Either the client is named with their written permission, or the engagement is described anonymously and labelled as such. No third party appears on this site without knowing about it.
What existed before, what broke, and the constraint that made it awkward. Including the parts that were difficult, because those are the parts that tell you whether we would be useful to you.
The technology used on that engagement, not a list of everything we can spell. Plus at least one trade-off we had to make and why it went the way it did.
A measured figure with a source the client will stand behind, or an honest qualitative statement. Never a percentage that exists because a page looked empty without one.
Tell us the sector you operate in and the problem you are trying to solve. We will walk you through comparable work we have done, what the constraints were, and where it was harder than expected. Where a client has agreed to speak to prospective clients, we will put you in touch with them directly rather than sending you a quote we wrote ourselves.

Tell us the problem you are trying to solve. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we should be building for you.
